Project Management included coordination of Site and Grading Plans with Civil Engineer and Building Architect. THE OUJO RESIDENCE Sea Girt, NJ: * Prepared Site Plan for Covered Porch on raised terrace incorporating an outdoor lounge area with TV, dining area and grilling island off family room, boardwalk leading to raised deck with Jacuzzi off kitchen office, sunken fire pit on opposite side covered porch. Project Management included coordination of architectural plans with Building Architect and extensive cost estimating for hardscape and softscape. THE O'CONNOR RESIDENCE Sea Girt, NJ: * Prepared Site Plan for new home incorporating a vinyl kidney shaped pool, paver retaining/seat walls, paver driveway and walks, pool security fencing, landscaping, custom irrigation and low voltage lighting system. Project Management included coordination of pool installation, supervision of grading, landscaping, fencing and installation of hardscape including walls, deck pool patio, concrete pavers, irrigation, lv lighting and two separate underground drainage recharge systems. EARLY WORK EXPERIENCE: Gained valuable experience in various settings. * Environscape: drafted site and planting plans and performed site planning for P.U.R.D. projects. * Greek's Wholesale Nursery & Bldg.
