I am a professional who is experienced in many facets of social work as well as professional counseling which includes working with the seriously mentally ill individuals who suffer from drug/alcohol addiction those who are experiencing grief/loss as well as inmates who are reintegrating into community living including those who are registered sex offenders. My experience and dedication to others is evidenced through education service and interaction that fosters acceptance understanding and respect for diversity. My past positions as a funeral director and certified nursing assistant have fostered my skills of compassion and empathy which I bring to the table in my role as a social worker/therapist as well as clinical director.
