ACCOMPLISHMENTS Operations Program Manager - Directed and monitored eleven information systems projects covering a $30 million IT capital investment. Responsible for all facets of solution development, implementation, contract negotiation and framework, for on time, budget, and scope delivery. Program consisted of ~180 multidisciplinary application development professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of applications supporting core Operations (Financial and Nonfinancial). Under the program were several large business process improvement and infrastructure modernization initiatives covering fourteen core business areas (Financial and Nonfinancial). Responsible for identifying the budget, technology, infrastructure, work plans, staffing requirements, and benefits realization. At this point in time, half of the business process automation is delivered and metrics are showing 30-40% decreased processing time, and increased customer satisfaction. Project Manager and Solution Architect - Developed and managed a business process improvement project, which modeled and improved core Operations business processes. Promoted solution architecture (hardware and software) and coordinated the activities of application development professionals. Managed definition, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise reporting and information-presentation solution. This enabled institutional reporting on development results and aid effectiveness that resulted in "watchdog" organization recognition for transparency, predictability, and attentiveness to issues.
