Have maintained census levels of 90% for total occupancy, 20% for Medicare and 20% for private. Skilled in use of Point Click Care for electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Excel for administrative reporting. Knowledgeable with regard to interpretive guidelines and all related regulations. Have prepared facilities for 365-day survey readiness thru rounds, policy and procedure reviews and monitoring of all operations.
