SUMMARY Administrator experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities ranging from 60 to 221 beds. Over 20 years of experience in operation for skilled nursing and long-term care. Have worked in settings that also provided subacute care, assisted living and continuing care retirement services. Experience in preparing operating budgets for census, revenue and expenses. Have maintained census levels of 90% for total occupancy, 20% for Medicare and 20% for private. Skilled in use of Point Click Care for electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Excel for administrative reporting. Knowledgeable with regard to interpretive guidelines and all related regulations. Have prepared facilities for 365-day survey readiness thru rounds, policy and procedure reviews and monitoring of all operations.
