PROFILE * A seasoned and skilled management analyst with experience in human and customer relationships in which existing customers are retained and new ones are acquired for an upward period of about 20 years. * A strategic player with strong ability to drive growth, explore new opportunities and utilize resources maximally to deliver the very best results. * A highly resourceful, hardworking and assertive individual with leadership qualities and an excellent team player. * An efficient and adaptable professional with excellent communication, administrative and analytical skills. * A professional that understands corporate loyalty and absolute commitment to the core values of the Organization. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS * As the Supervisor, I ensure retainership of the Company's contracts overtime by delivering most professionally on the job through excellent relationships with both residents and officials of Leasing offices alike. * As the Senior Principal Manager of the Company, I won the contract for operation of "corporate transport" at airports, which it had been pursuing for over 2 years at FAAN (Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria), within two (2) weeks of resumption in the Company. * I also initiated and concluded with LASTMA (Lagos State Transport Management Authority) on the ceding of the "rescue activities" to the Company while it (LASTMA) concentrated on governing and administering the affairs of transportation in the State. * I won the haulage retainership deal between the Company and Briscoe Ford Limited corporate transport (car rentals) and defensive driving training with Nigerian Bottling Company and defensive driving training with Cadbury Nigeria Plc, amongst other companies. * As the General Manager of the Company, I initiated and consummated a deal of over N3.6billion to supply school uniforms, bags and sandals to all the public schools in Rivers State. * Upon resumption in July, 2012, I restructured the Company in line with international standards and duties were discharged professionally within a space of three months. This is what had eluded the Company in over fourteen (14) years of its operations/existence. * With my initiative, the Company exploited the opportunities abound in AGOA (Africa Growth Opportunities Act) and exported locally made products (dresses including boiler suits for doctors and nurses) of about $1million to United States of America. This led to the receipt of a Special Award in New Market Development at the 3rd Nigerian Non-Oil Export Conference, Exhibition & Award (NNECEA 2012) by Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) on 6th November, 2012 in Abuja, Nigeria, which I received, on behalf of the Company, from the then Honourable Minister of Trade and Commerce, Mr. Segun Aganga. * The Company, with over 3,000 staff across Lagos and Osun States respectively, was supervised by me as we successfully consummated a contract from Osun State Government and delivered 750,000 uniforms to all the public schools in the State at the cost of N1billion. * As the Head, Loan Recovery/Credit Control in Risk Management Division, I initiated the investigation of the Bank into Oil & Gas accounts of about N50billion and recovered almost 73% of the Bank's funds that had already been diverted from the Bank. * At the discovery of global crisis in the Capital market industry, I investigated the causes of loss of the Bank's funds on its finance of shares dematerialization and disposal of same and the proceeds applied to the P & L of the Bank. * I also restructured major facilities of N1billion and above and obtained concrete and realistic repayments proposals from the customers. * As a member of AMCON (Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria), I was part of the team that negotiated the initial bond of about N149billion in December, 2010 before the Corporation issued N500billion bond to kick-start the business combination of the Bank with Access Bank Plc.
