SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Provided integrated analysis and comprehensive assessments of experimentation activities for the Director, JAED. Developed analytic products and briefings that support the Army Campaign Plan and Warfighter Mission Objectives. Develop analysis and assessments of the joint experimentation program while working with the Army Battle Labs and Centers of Excellence. Provided integration support for related DOD requirements and the development of capabilities for the Future Army Force. (Sep 2010 to Mar 2016) Provided research and assessments for the Joint Urban Operations Concept Team for Capability Based Assessments for Alion Science and Technology. Served as Group Security Custodian and Risk Management Lead for J9 and SCIF Manager for the Joint Intelligence Lab (J29) in Joint Forces Command. (Aug 2008 to Sep 2010) Served as Senior Science Advisor and Senior Military Analyst with ALION Science and Technology, supporting the Army G-3/5/7 Battle Command (BC) in the Pentagon on the integration of Army and Joint Capability Programs to support the Warfighter Mission Area. Robert M. Alexander Senior Operations Research Systems Analyst Supported integration activities including the Army-Marine Corps Board and Joint Command and Control Board. Led the Army Battle Command requirements in the Blue Force Tracking (BFT) Community of Interest (COI) actions and served as Army G-3 Lead on Combat ID actions for the GO Executive Steering Committee. (Dec 2005 to Aug 2008) Served as Principal Analyst and Lead Systems Engineer with Electronic Warfare Associates in the USJFCOM Joint Experimentation (J-9) Directorate in Suffolk, VA. Provided technical analysis and requirements for Special Intelligence initiatives. Served as Science and Technology (S&T) Lead for the OSD Director of Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) at J-9. Served as Executive Agent for the US Army Aberdeen Test Center and Labs for S&T reach back. (Mar 1999 to Oct 2005) Served as Operations Manager for Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA), Inc. in the West Virginia Operation and Program Manager for Army, Navy and Electronic Warfare programs. These positions were in support of congressionally funded High Technology initiatives and military contracts in West Virginia and in Northern Virginia for twelve years. (Jul 1988 to Mar 1999) Served as a Field Artillery Officer and commander in the US Army for over twenty years supporting airborne and tactical military operations in the Republic of Vietnam, Southwest Asia, Europe and multiple assignments in the US. Served as Chief of Foreign Intelligence Threat Branch in the Pentagon for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2). Served as Operations Research Systems Analyst managing technical studies and effectiveness analyses of US Army Field Artillery, missile, smart munitions and target acquisition for TRADOC's Studies and Analysis Division, Combat Development Directorate. (Jun 1968 to Jul 1988) Served as Associate Professor at the US Military Academy, West Point, NY in the Department of Computer and Graphic Sciences from July 1977 to June 1980. Served as Principal Instructor and Professor in Graphics and Computer Science for the first year cadets in the classes of 1981, 1982 and 1983. Received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, in 1977 as the pre-requisite for this Army Engineering Requirements Board (AERB) position at the Military Academy.
