QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: As an office manager, I developed an ongoing and positive symbiotic relationship with the local Department of Revenue, Driver License Office, Longmont, CO, and the public at large. I provided testing and training services within the guidelines provided by the state. A positive relationship developed with clients seeking driver testing and training services resulted in numerous referrals from the public and other driver training facilities. As a licensed realtor, I generated leads from both buyers and sellers and provide the necessary counseling in real estate to close transactions with the least inconvenience to my clients. As a labor relations specialist, I functioned as an Equal Opportunity Advisor where I prepared reports, developed and implemented EO procedures, and prepared inspection reports.
