Description
After many years in management, I would like to move to a position that is more support-oriented. I am looking for a virtual position which would utilize some of the organizational and administrative skills I have gained in my career. I am a self-starter and have a strong work ethic. Key areas of my experience include: problem-solving, process improvement, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and customer service. In all of my positions, I have had to manage both internal and external customer relationships.
