I worked at Kennedy Space Center for 32 years on the Space Shuttle System with experience as an inspector and technician on various aspects of the Shuttle, Flight Support Equipment and Ground Support Equipment and I am currently employed by Professional Aircraft Accessories (PAA). I am seeking a position with your company that will utilize my experience and abilities for the enhancement of the company as well as be rewarding to me. Experience\Abilities 1979 - 1999 Rockwell International, Lockheed Martin, United Space Alliance, Kennedy Space Center Inspector - Aerospace, senior * Post- and pre-launch inspection activities of Space Shuttle systems to ensure compliance to engineering drawings, specifications, work authorization documents and safety procedures. * Inspection of the installation, modification, and hook up of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, instrumentation, and test panels. * Close out inspections to specified areas of the vehicle to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications. Document non-conformances and provide photographs when required. * Detailed structural inspections - wear, degradation, corrosion, damaged hardware, and other scheduled maintenance. * Receiving inspections. * Use of meters, borescope, measurement devices, e.g., dial calipers, micrometers and optical comparator. * Mold impression analyst. * Inspection pertaining to the maintenance of Thermal Protection System. * Inspection of induction brazing and Astro-arc tube welding. * Adhesive bonding.
