SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * 8+ years of Oil and Gas industry experience in production, reservoir, and drilling operations. * 34+ years of management and engineering experience in Geothermal exploration and development drilling operations. * Significant experience in coordinating and planning offshore platform drilling operations. * Significant international experience from directing drilling and exploration projects in Mexico, Canada, and Central America. * Extensive experience in well design and optimization. * Strong drilling engineering expertise that includes directional drilling and multi-lateral completions, air and aerated underbalanced applications, high temperature conditions, corrosion mitigation, hard rock drilling conditions, and casing/cementing design for extreme conditions. * Strong engineering expertise in well completions for single phase (dry steam) and dual phase brine reservoir systems. * Significant experience at managing projects and rig activities in multiple locations. * Strong leadership capabilities including cross departmental management experience. * Solid financial acumen developed through annual budgeting planning, project economic analysis, and project cost management. * Extensive experience in customer and regulatory relationship cultivation for project management. * Excellent communication and project presentation skills.
