Experienced in various construction projects Residential Industrial Infrastructure Aviation Solar Power Plant & in Oil and gas field. * Experience in construction management and civil engineering project management with an excellent track record. * Managed several multimillion dollar construction projects for a reputable construction projects including initial design management pre-construction activities actual construction activity and final closeout successfully completing all the projects on-time and within budget * Keen problem solver and a team player with hands-on managing style ensuring the synergy between all project parties namely the contractors architects and owner * Pre-Bid & Post-Bid Activities support till contract award Responsible for Civil Works support in preparation of Proposal/Bid Development for all assigned Tenders/Bids (EPC/PC) for the discipline Thoroughly review Contract Documents/FEED and clearly define scope of Project * Arrange & review technically/commercially the quotes for all Materials/Services/sub-contracts involved * Support in preparing/raising Pre-Bid Queries etc. and coordinate with clients for clarifications * Assist in developing alternative technical proposals as and where required Assist in preparation of Technical submittals as per Bid requirements support Finalize project preliminaries special requirements in coordination with other disciplines/departments Involve in all Post-Bid Activities Responsible for all assigned ongoing projects status as per company's contractual obligations * Engineering Coordination with Consultants for Finalization of Engineering Deliverables * Ensure timely submission/clarifications of all Engineering Deliverables to Owner Consultant/Client for obtaining approval Make or buy decisions for subcontracting part (s) of Project if deemed necessary in order to meet crucial deadlines imposed by client and mitigate potential risks * Direct the team of Site Engineers/QS for material take off and identify all long lead items in the Project Involve in Procurement including preparation of RFQ/RFP select/pre-qualify contractor/vendor technically evaluation of Bids/Proposal recommend for approval & issuance of Purchase Order/Contract Prepares Project Execution Plan Method Statement Testing Plan etc. and obtain approval from Owner Consultant/Client before execution Applying Value Engineering for cost curtailment * Monitor progress/performance of site teams/sub contractors in line with the Project Scope/Requirements * Participate in progress/design review meetings with Owner Consultant/Client during the whole Project life-cycle
