QUALIFICATIONS ( Database Design Developer ( Team Leadership/Planner ( Effective Deadline Manager ( Application Support Team Leader ( Determined Staff Trainer ( Customer Information Team Member ( Efficient Technology Expert ( Senior Programmer Analyst SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Took lead role in beginning Phase III Development Stage of Offender Information System from manual to technological database. Showed analyst database design using alias names and visitors, discussed potential solutions, and prepared feasibility studies of aliases data collection. Result: Determined the feasibility not to include incarcerated on-line database aliases. Hired to take place of one staff as Unitech Support for multi-billion dollar insurance conglomerate. Learned quickly from application programmers, collaborated with consulting company to teach class, and provided the lead responsibilities to the class. Result: Within 2 months the goal of minimizing Unitech Support from 60 to 80 hours a week down to 5 hours a week. Assigned and rewrote a complex online program for USA Group. Worked with team database experts to improve design, provided meetings walking through code and unit test plans, and worked through system difficulties effecting internal business users. Result: The program was modified saving future maintenance costs. Took over as lead programmer/analyst role at Indiana Department of Administration. Assisted co-workers with IDMS & ADS/O questions, completed all projects on a timely basis, and created schemas/subschemas for DBAs.
