Hands on using DFMEA FEA and DVP&R. * Experience in product design and establish design standards. * Hands on supporting shop needs for new/re engineered builds * Strong decision making skills based on analytical approach to problem solving including application of engineering techniques. * Excellent engineering and leadership skills.
