301 Hours per week: 40 Series: 0001 Pay Plan: GS Grade: 13 Deputy APML (This is a federal job) Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills: I currently provide maintenance scheduling and management support to PMA265 identifying specific requirements for resources and services, to manage a broad range of logistical support, primarily for deployed communication and navigation systems. I coordinate, manage, and report to Level 2 and Sr. executive leadership, on aircraft maintenance scheduling and management. I provide the PMA265 Program Management office with analysis reporting for communication navigation and identification systems and component modifications. I am responsible for accessing, analyzing and implementing organic stand-up capability for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Technical Directive (TD) upgrades. I am responsible for establishing IPT team goals, objectives and direction/guidance. I advise the PMA-265 F/A-18E/F & EA-18G Program Director, Missions Systems Lead Logistician, and Integrated Product Team Lead in overall Logistics and Sustainment effort for the F/A-18E/F & EA-18G. I routinely manage and provide Fleet Support and Action Request (AR) coordination and resolution. This has included Change Request (CR) impact analysis. I work to formulate and develop innovative support concepts to minimize cost while maintaining aircraft availability. Routinely I have represented the F/A-18E/F & EA-18G CNI IPT at meetings, conferences, and workshops involving integrated logistics support and maintenance policies. I have also been responsible for the budgeting, development, management and execution of the Communication/ID ILS program, interacting on a daily basis with OEM SLI to coordinate ILS requirements with the U.S. Navy LEMs who are subject matter experts in a particular logistics field. I have been responsible for the execution of Affordability Readiness Initiatives and processes as well as initiating innovative actions in system supportability and total cost management strategies.
