SUMMARY: * 25 years of experience in Mechanical & Piping Field/Construction/Design Engineering, Project Engineering, Oil & Gas, Process, Power Utility Systems/Maintenance Engineering * Managed various Mechanical Utility Systems, Supervision and Design/Construction in Mechanical components & piping systems for Various DOE/Commercial Projects. * Responsibilities have included working closely with clients, management, and in a multi disciplines environment to accomplish a project's goals, and resolve client's problems. Responsibilities also included supervising all systems related activities to convert the technical information into engineering flow sheets, as well as supervision of As-Built reconciliation of P&IDs and mechanical/piping system configuration, fabrication and installation tasks. * Experience in determining causes of pipeline overpressures and the sizing relief valves. Supervised the mechanical discipline engineering team and had responsibilities for performing support of operating nuclear power plants including, but not limited to designing and implementing modifications, performing engineering studies and reports, cost estimates and schedules and proposal development. * Project Engineering Support and Quality Control inspecting of completed tasks * System completion and turnover Experienced with Standard Review Plan, Regulatory Guides, and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 49 CFR Part 191-192. Experience with the API and ASME B & PV Codes requirement. * Preparing and resolving Change Request Notice (CRN), Request for Information (RFI), Design Change Notice (DCN), Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Field Change Request (FCN) and NCR (Non-Conforming Report) (Review/& Resolved with corrective action) Experienced with Design Modification process and corrective action resolutions * Performed 10CFR 50.59 preparation, verification, and review and documentation process. * Developed Engineering Specifications, and Operations, Training, Maintenance plan and Procedures. * Developed Preventive Maintenance Plan and Reviewed System reliability studies. * Bid evaluations, and review of vendor design packages * Engineering management or supervision of a group of 10-20 support engineers/designers. * Knowledge of DoT/API 191-192 codes, DOE orders, ANSI B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, B31.9, ASME SEC VIII Div I, II & III B&PV Code, AWS, NEMA, ASHRAE, PUC, NFPA, OSHA, IBC and EPA Guide/Codes/ Standards. * Power Plant Asset Suite and Passport Maintenance work process.
