High level Strategic Initiatives Epics with Priorities Major User Stories Upcoming Releases delivering Goals Overall Timeline ######### ######### ######### ######### ######### ######### * Own, Maintain & Review: Product Backlogs to ensure translation of Roadmap's strategic thinking * Communicate: Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish Strategic Plans & Roadmap * Gather product feature requirements, come up with PRDs, wireframes and other document and work with the Tech and UX/UI team to translate those into real product and features [B]. Implementation and Deployment * Review with Development Teams: Release Planning and help them in filling the Release Backlogs (Story Map) with selected stories based on their priorities and Team Velocity * Review with Design Teams: UI Designs. Also, conceptualize high-level wireframe and user interaction diagrams for new products * Review with QA Teams: Test Plans and Test Cases based on Acceptance criteria * Monitor Product Releases: at the end of every Sprint and keep track of Release Plan for all major / minor Releases. Close Co-ordination with Support, Sales & Marketing Teams to help them in articulating Product's Strategy to the market * Meetings: with Customer and Senior Management, attend Retrospectives * Estimate: Resource, Time and Cost * Management Tools: JIRA (Manage Agile), MS Project, Visio [C]. Delivery Management * Participate during Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Sprint demos * Keep the Product Backlog groomed based on Customer feedbacks * Understand Backlog tracking, Burndown metrics, Velocity and Task definition * Ensure cross team co-ordinations * Perform incremental delivery and deliver business results faster * Do customer deployment seamlessly * Financial Tracking of the project [D]. Presales Support * Hands on experience in Solutioning, Design & Estimation, sizing and proposal writing. * Capable of managing the entire proposal lifecycle including Scope finalization, Solution review, Commercials and Proposal submission. Worked on multi tower deals * Post proposal submission, based on client requirement, will coordinate and participate in proposal defense as applicable
