Summary: I have 5 years IT/Telecommunication experience. I've worked with two US Telecom based projects, Sprint in IBM and Hawaiian Telecom in Accenture. My main skill is Telecommunication Mediation. Mediation is the interface between the central office and the billing systems. My mediation experience in different companies is unique. The application is usually running in a rule based language. The applications I've managed were Comverse One and Amdocs. My main duty is to develop and create specialized codes for the rule based processing application. My job also scopes handling the functional and business analysis of projects, designing the solution and giving SLAs, and testing until deployment and maintenance. I have an end to end support and supervision on the application's daily monitoring and activities. I am the primary point of contact on managing client concerns and ensuring high level of client satisfaction through delivering quality products on time.
