CAREER SUMMARY: I have spent the past 26 years in a plastics injection molding environment primarily in a production leadership or business management role with an emphasis on improving molding capabilities and minimizing scrap causes. I am very versatile with processing skills, mechanical aptitude, high quality standards, and exceptional team collaboration talents. I spearheaded relocating two molding facilities from Howard City into one in Rockford creating a new plant layout to optimize product flow and organization. I initiated multiple continuous improvement projects including 5-S implementation, scrap reduction, equipment upgrades, and culture enhancement. I am a hands-on manager that works on the floor through process and mechanical troubleshooting projects drawing out the best cooperation from teammates and progressive results for the company. I can learn and apply any software package and am very strong in dedication, integrity, and communication. I am willing to start in a mid-level position and work my way up as opportunities arise.
