I have spent the past 22 years at the edge of technological innovation in the securities industry, fully involved through the different stages in the evolution of trading -- in strategic and visionary, as well as managerial and production roles. Although I have worked for large institutions for most of my career, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to start brand new lines of businesses for those institutions on separate occasions, allowing me to establish myself as an entrepreneur and visionary in trading and financial technology. My management philosophy has revolved around a holistic view of both business and technology drivers to ensure IT has the proper strategic alignment with the business...my extensive background as a financial markets trader, salesperson and technologist, has enabled me to translate business requirements into technology deliverables, bridging what is often a gap between IT and lines of business. As the head of two highly successful start-up trading platforms, I was able to build a track record as an innovative change agent, harnessing technology and best practices to solve complex business problems with optimal investment and maximization of returns. As the President and Founder of TradeDynamiX, I have been able to combine my trading and technological backgrounds to build one the most advanced Real-Time Analytic and Surveillance systems in the market today.
