Description
During my 6 year Marine Corps enlistment I participated in conflicts in Desert Storm and Somalia and also in natural disaster assistance in the Philippines (Mt Pinatubo). Having a military background has given me some great fundamental leadership skills that I use on a daily basis. I have found that I relate better with other cultures than some normally would, which I can attribute to my military experience and exposure. Having a communication background from the military, technical training and a curious nature has worked to my advantage and led me to positions where I have worked in IT as a Systems Administrator, a lead for Customer Care, and as a lead for the Tools Engineering team. Specialties: USMC, Tools Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Vendor Relations, Chat Support Administration (LivePerson), CRM(Service Now), Desktop and Mobile Apps.
