Career Highlights * Creation of Command Center: Commissioned Corporate Enterprise Application department to allocate resources during Soft and Hard Go Live to support business readiness and adoption. Partnered with Project teams to record issues and drive post-implementation resolutions to client's satisfaction and resolved ~200 issues prior to project closeout. * Implemented Information Technology (IT) Training: Managed training strategy for ~ 2000 associates on new system functionalities.
