SUMMARY Oversaw and implemented a $100 million budget, supervising 20 multifamily and commercial properties, including over 7,000 individual residential and commercial units, and managed over 400 employees. Increased occupancy levels from 90% to 99%, and reduced expenses some 25% by implementing various income opportunities that where allowed by synergies.
