Key Qualifications * * 6 years of experience working in long-term mental health settings. * Understands program and budget management * Exceptional skills in developing programs for enhancing the quality care. * Knowledgeable in the recreational and therapeutic needs for older adult and senior populations. * Active in researching mental health developments to evaluate and modify programs. * Ability to handle co-occurring issues with chronic mental illness. * Accepts challenges in demanding conditions. * Quality orientated, with demonstrated ability to develop instant rapport and build relationships. * Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills * Competent with basic operating systems like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the Internet * Familiar with clinical and non-clinical support strategies * Experience in practicing the recovery model demonstrated in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
