Accomplishments * * National Geographic Society/Partners (2006 - Present) Operations Consultant for retail catalog/web division working with division President, Executive VP of Merchandising, VP of Operations. * Evaluated, advised and implemented new methods to increase fulfillment at peak times, including training, motivation and recognition with sub contracted employees, resulting in increased fourth quarter billing, decreased fourth quarter shipping costs and lower staff turnover. Worked with Merchandising team to reduce customer returns, create new packaging designs, new packing methods and improve customer experience. Identified ways to capture data to improve visibility. Proposed exit strategy for liquidation of customer returns and dropped SKU's.
