Qualifications Summary: * Strongly experienced in enterprise level IT systems, their investment management requirements and business process re-engineering support for Federal Sector customers as well as front-end sales, technical requirements and business operations support, for customer and sales oriented organizations interfacing with IT from the business perspective, within both government and commercial arenas. * 12+ years in managing projects and subject matter experts, 5+ years in e-commerce/document solutions/management and 10+ years in IT and government contracting (incl. Federal, State & Local) providing budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, planning and reporting. * 10+ years of demonstrated project management office (PMO), EVM, business analysis, IT systems integration, cost-benefit-analysis, and program management expertise as well as 8+ years as an ISO 9001 auditor, 5 years using PeopleSoft & 2 years using CRM systems. * 7+ years of solid experience doing the front-end negotiations work, to include customer requirements, and terms and conditions. * 10+ years supporting organizations doing pricing/cost analysis, executive level summaries, and working with financial models. * Advanced skill level, 20+ years with respect to financial analysis and MS Excel. * Expertise in a variety of the fields, concepts, practices, and procedures with proven interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Experienced in performing business process checks and policy audits culminating in policy and procedure recommendations. * Have worked as many as 2-3 large, or 10 - 15 small systems integration opportunities simultaneously. * Worked with such clients as the Departments of Defense (Air Force, Army and Navy), Labor, Commerce, Agriculture, State, Treasury, IRS, FBI, GAO, NASA, Disney, UCF, Florida Hospital Foundation, Citibank, Newport News Shipbuilding and the State of Florida.
