Eager to continue enhancing my profession by obtaining a position in the areas of special or elementary education. Through collaboration with colleges and parents and continuous professional development I will be able to plan meaningful and relevant activities and lessons so that learning takes place for students. Hold Cross-Categorical Licensure with emphasis in Cognitive Disability-801. Hold Master Degree in Education with a focus on technology. Training the Scerts Model with Credits and hours Hold Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education-Minors in Psychology and Special Education. Key Qualifications Certified in Elementary-Middle in General Education-118 and Special Education (Cross-Categorical-801) both 1st-8th or ages 6-13 I plan and modify subject areas for my students using a wide variety of teaching aids (visuals, charts, visual schedules, motivational reinforcements, rewards, modified assignments/lessons, built in sensory breaks, technology, and sensory regulators.) These strategies engage the student (s) in a motivated/exciting learning environment. I collaborate with teachers, parents, specialists, and support staff to develop an appropriate and realistic program that we all follow to be consistent to ensure learning is taking place.
