Although I have a technical background, my primary passion is talking with business users about their jobs and what is important to them and then translating those discussions to usable requirements and system solutions. My goal is to essentially bridge the gap between users and the technology. I moved to Denver from Washington DC and have been a SharePoint consultant for several consulting companies, working in multiple and diverse industries. At a high level, my roles have included requirement gathering, analyzing business processes, deploying SharePoint solutions, writing technical and test documentation, implementing workflows, conducting migration planning, leading User Experience (UX) activities, developing wireframes, conducting end-user training, and providing mentoring and support.
