Summary of Experience Electrical * Basic understanding of NEC codes Worked with 3 phase up to 600v, 2000amp * PLC operation and trouble shooting experience Excellent trouble shooting on all electrical components Schematic's experience Experience working with Controllers DC drives PLC * Variable Speed Drives Sensors Relays Limit Switches * 3 Phase Motors and more Mechanical Install and trouble shoot mechanical devices Engineered and Installed complete extrusion lines * Engineered multiple secondary production equipment (not limited to winders, slitters, dies, extruders, calendars and folding machines) * Engineered converting equipment (not limited to conveyors, sewing operations, slitting systems) * Experience operating several types of extruder processes and downstream equipment * Installation and modifications to straw line, 4 lines total * Experience working with compressors, gas boilers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, water chillers, air dryers, all types of mechanical drive systems, master batching/feeding systems and more Schematics experience * Experience with hydraulics systems, drive systems, all types of mechanical and pneumatic knowledge, gear boxes Plastics * Fiber extrusion / NonWovens - filtration media liquid and air, absorbents * Film knowledge Co-extrusion knowledge Blow molding experience * Experience in manufacturing straws Experience with PP, PET, LLDPE, HDPE, PBT, NYLON, PPS, HALAR polymers and the additives needed to process You name it I can process it Management * Direct Management of personnel from 5 to 480 Maintenance Management and Engineering Production scheduling ISO implementation * Vendor negotiations and purchasing Implemented safety programs and incentives Inventory management * P&L experience Product development * Product Cost analysis *
