Because of efficiencies gained, Jeld- Wen was able to reduce overtime and number of employees. * While managing growth in Jackson MS, I was also responsible for overseeing the closure of another facility in Lake Charles, LA * Appointed to Jeld-Wen's policy & procedure committee that was responsible for writing & implementing policies for 22,000+ employees of Jeld-Wen. * Proven track record of reducing worker's compensation injury rate (WCIR).
