Summary of Qualifications * Proficient knowledge of key laws, federal, state and local regulations (e.g., FAR, CAS, Sarbanes-Oxley, GAAP, FASB, GASB) and understanding of tactics that support strategies (e.g., sustainability accounting). * Demonstrate strong analytical skills and expertise in process development, review and implementation. Lead earned value analysis, audits, invoice and pay application reviews of clients and subcontractors. Strong ERP experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Significant experience developing and leading project costs management, including the evaluation of actual and forecasted costs against budgets and detailed analysis. Develop monthly accruals and forecast reports. Apt at taking intelligent risks and deciding independently in ambiguous situations.
