Profile * Having 6 Years of IT experience inAutomation, development and Production Support. * While in development project I was responsible for Analysis, Coding, defect fixing, managing and monitoring small team like giving induction and technical training to the fresher's as per project requirement. * In production Support my responsibility was to handle production issues, Prod Defect, Logs Monitoring, Logs backup monitoring in UNIX, maintain tickets based on issue i.e.SharePoint, Incident on priority level and Code enhancement (CR) based on client requirement.
