Lincoln Property Company acquired JBLM from Equity Residential, Inc. in March 2016. Lincoln Military Housing owns and manages on-base family housing at JBLM, develops new housing and renovates existing housing. There are approximately 5,200 family housing units in 22 communities. Lincoln Military Housing is one of the largest operators of military housing in the country. * In association with the Army and Air Force, continually strive to make JBLM's housing communities the premier privatized military housing communities by setting the standard for development and service. * Responsible for all phases of property management, including oversight of 135 employees in development, property management, maintenance, accounting and marketing. * Coordinate the development team's efforts to include review and approval of budget scopes for new and renovated housing units. * Receive and analyze all costs, rent levels, unit mix, expenses, income assumptions and market information. * Perform and supervise hiring, training and performance appraisals. Offer employees leadership and direction to strengthen and encourage advancement and other directorates. In association with the Community Management Director, developed and implemented the Fort Riley Community and Neighborhood Management Plan to include asset, property and fiscal management. * Oversaw the leasing and management of 3,450 housing units including neighborhood centers with fitness rooms clubrooms and pools. Managed 80 employees including seven neighborhood managers. * Collaborated with accounting personnel to prepare required periodic financial reports. * Established annual operating budget for assigned projects monitored collections and coordinated default proceedings. * Evaluated the feasibility of new or revised systems and procedures to maximize operational efficiency in support of Army requirements and contractual obligations. * Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills in the presence of the Garrison Command and other directorates. Embassy Properties Inc. (EPI) is a full-service, Broker residential and commercial real-estate company and the largest provider of loft-style apartments in downtown Kansas City. * Served as managing broker overseeing eight agents in Kansas City Missouri. Managed 88 employees including six property managers. * Established annual operating budget for assigned projects monitored collections and coordinated default proceedings. * Approved all operating budget and cash-flow models prior to submission to clients. Developed comprehensive annual-inspection process for properties. Negotiated leases lease amendments purchase agreements and facilitated dispositions. * Maintained interface with third-party owners ensuring total contract compliance including preparation to accurate and timely reporting. * Continuously evaluated the feasibility of new or revised systems and procedures to maximize operational efficiency in support of client requirements and contractual obligations.
