I have thirty plus years in food service. Positions successfully held include: Sous Chef, Chef, Unit Manager, and Multi Unit Supervisor. All roles require extensive customer service and the ability to build a strong team. I have chosen to pay things forward and enter the Substance Abuse Counseling field. I need only a few hours to complete my practicum.
