As an experienced IT and data manager and ColdFusion developer for more than 18 years and a business owner for more than 14 years, I have sold my company and am looking to bring my technical skills, experience and knowledge to a new organization. My passion is creating software that helps businesses, non-profits, educational institutions, and government agencies manage their core functions better and improve operational efficiency. My more than 16 years of experience demonstrates my proficiency in working with rapid schedules and local/remote teams to deliver quality software applications and unique data products. I created, deployed and managed the first mobile airline software in South East Asia in 2004 with AirAsia.com (Malaysia/Thailand) and Indigo Airways (India) using a diverse team of developers in Malaysia, Thailand and the United States. The mobile airline software I created has helped both AirAsia.com and Indigo Airways to become industry leaders and the largest airlines in their respective markets. Since 2002, I have been responsible for creating multiple Data Management and Analysis software products for Federal Government software applications ranging from Customer Portals (Recreation.gov, Volunteer.gov and others), data management and sharing portals, and performance dashboards. I have written numerous design documents, testing documents, user design scenarios, and have lead multiple technology training sessions. I have been a featured speaker at numerous conventions and events. I have also designed innovative software for the publishing and printing industry for data management and business efficiency applications. The software portals I created for the Federal Government and industry resulted in both improved customer service and multi-million-dollar savings.
