Able to build and deploy Java based applications. Currently interacts with various technical and CIO groups at the client sites. Experience with providing geospatial analysis at a national level using primarily National Technical Means, producing standard written imagery analysis products (e.g. National Imagery Briefings), constantly coordinating with other counterparts in the IC community, and providing clear and coherent briefings of GEOINT analysis findings. ? Implementation and administration of Hadoop infrastructure for Production ? Manage extracting, loading and transforming data in and out of Hadoop ? Conducting proof of concept implementations for new products/services in the context of Hadoop ? Security implementation for at rest data and data access ? Cluster upgrades and maintenance automation ? Set up HA/Disaster/Recovery environments ? Strong hands on development with Java, Scala, Python or equivalent tools, in a Hadoop environment ? Authentication integration with Identity management services/providers ? Keep skills up to date through ongoing self-directed training ? Participate in technical architecture activities as the Big Data SME for the Technical Architecture team for inputs on best practices, risks, scope and efforts ? Ensure strategies, standards, & architecture are consistent and well integrated across products ? Performs geospatial analysis against a variety of target types by utilizing a variety of platforms to locate, identify, characterize, monitor, and assess facilities or issues of strategic and tactical importance ? Identifies and utilizes multiple types of imagery and collection techniques to address intelligence and/or technology gaps to answer intelligence questions ? Utilizes multiple sources of data and intelligence to add value to imagery analysis findings. Data sources could include human geography or cultural information, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT ? Knowledge and ability to utilize multiple tools to exploit imagery to include the use of manual light tables and electronic light tables, such as Remote View ? Knowledge and understanding of the full scope and utilizations of imagery available to imagery analysts including National Technical Means, airborne sensors, and civil/commercial sensors. In addition, the analyst should understand how they can be tasked and collected ? Provide "hands-on" imagery and geospatial related processing, exploitation, and analytical support to mission planning, target tracking, and pattern of life of analysis of key areas of interest ? Develop production plans and strategies to support GEOINT programs of analysis. ? Architect and integrate mobile devices with data encryption to the cloud. Display GIS coordinates on Google, ARCGIS, and other Geospatial products. ? Architect and Engineer and integrate sniffer detection analogs that can be run from the cloud or the mobile device. ? Proficiency with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, Remote View, ERDAS Imagine, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data. ? Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing. ? Proficient in acquiring and preparing data for geo-processing which includes but not limited to research to acquire, understand, and prepare information for an intelligence issue with spatial contact. Employ proper data management principles and techniques to verify and maximize the usefulness of the data. ? Expertise in acquiring and preparing multiple data sources such as SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, imagery, video, text, databases, tables, presentations, web services, or shapefiles etc. ?
