Description
Empathetic listener, high intellect with gift for establishing rapport with all, regardless of intellect or education. Precision, exhaustive research, ethics and morality are of paramount importance (and have been so throughout 30+ year career). I would rather finish 1 case, and be right/successful, then finish 3, but lose even one of them due to imprecision.

Responsibilities
Since 2003, I have been the "soul" of my own "solo" (P.C.) practice, concentrating in the areas of Social Security law, Estate Planning, Contracts, and Family Law. In town packed with members of the "good-old-boy" network, I am a conspicuous outsider by choice, representing many clients who would otherwise need to go "out-of-town" for an attorney w/o "conflicts."
