Description
Students are special in each classroom. The younger students need to understand that they will have help from the teacher, but they must learn to work on their own when they are completing assignments. As they work by themselves, they will develop to learn to work on their own and become more confident with who they are and how they complete their work. This action helps the students to work well on their own. Having taught almost 20 years in grades 3-7, I will be able to make a great connection with the kids and help them develop their own strengths in the grade they are learning. Students will develop their own ways to progress in completing the homework and becoming well adjusted with their skills that are developing to help them learn what is most important in the school's skills as they progress each year. It's important that they also develop a sense of who they are and how they are to progress in each subject. Students will need to be allowed to grow in each subject and how they progress in each. Developing their learning skills will help the students to work on their own and with others and also to not be afraid to have faith in themselves. Their progress is very visible in each subject if they are taught to adapt to listening and learning as well as developing their way to succeed within their classes. Successful students need to have have so much faith in themselves and the teacher. A successful teacher helps the students to develop faith in themselves and thus they experience a strong sense of how to be good students.
