Xpedite Systems Inc: Inside Sales Representative; Responsibilities included maintaining and growing existing account base through upselling new services, consultative sales, performing technical formatting of documents, training account base, and launching the fax, email, and voice broadcasts for clients. Performed all billing, collections, technical support, customer service, marketing, and sales functions.
