I possess over 20 years of IT experience in Desktop Support, Helpdesk, Technical Support, and System Support. Holding these various positions have broadened my knowledge base as well as my hands on experience. I thrive on perfection and complete customer satisfaction. Projects included but not limited to, designing and implementing two separate wireless network systems to run simultaneously. Teaching a class of Middle School students in designing and creating a classroom network from used and discarded equipment. Proficient in transferring and migration of end user?s data/files and profiles. Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prep IT equipment for installations. Backup applications. Ability to reload computers. Train and assist users with issues.
