Preceptorship Neurology St. John Providence- Southfield MI (210 hours) 9/2013-12/2013 4 5 daily patient caseload Responsible for triaging patients obtaining vital signs, histories and reason for visit prepping patient and exam rooms * Responsible for lead and hemoglobin testing, urine testing, nasal and throat cultures, breathing treatments, etc including head to toe assessments neurological exams vital signs ambulation
