Description
Engineering procurement & construction experience in the field of instrumentation & control Systems and Electrical design and engineering from proposal stage to commissioning for US as well as international grass root & revamp EPC projects. SUMMARY OF CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE: * Construction schedule review and attend daily and weekly meetings * Review & approve sub contract QC and test procedures, * Lifting plans review for approval * Resolve & respond to construction RFIs * Resolve day to day construction issues for field instrumentation installation & testing. Witness calibration and valves functional checks for acceptance. * Procure additional instruments and commodity items as required. * Support receiving inspection for field instruments, analyzer system/shelters, control system cabinets, consoles and mechanical equipment packaged skid systems. * Arrange control systems cabinets and consoles installation, grounding, interconnections and testing. * Arrange & witness DCS, SIS, PLC, FGS systems SAT, witness control and safety shut down system Loop checks, interlocks and logic testing for control systems. * Interface with other EPCs & PMC in a multi-unit complex for common utilities, control system network, control signals, and fire & gas protection system signals tie-ins. Sharing of raceways, and underground ducts for cable routing * Attend site progress meetings for instruments & control system installation, hook up and loops check status reporting. * Pre-commissioning and commissioning support to client. OTHER EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND TRAININGS: Industry Standards: ISA, NFPA/NEC, API & IEC Engineering software: Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI), control/safety valves sizing Professional Trainings: Vendors offered DCS, SIS, and PLCs hardware & application software system development, complete with HMI implementation hands on training. Attend seminars offered by manufacturers/vendors and ISA organization.
