Qualifications * Summa Cum Laude Honors From Creighton University For Doctorate Of Pharmacy Degree * Active licenses in California & Arizona & Licenses in Montana and Vermont. * Twenty plus years of clinical and retail pharmacy experience, including but not limited to, Compounding, Long-Term Care & Managed Care. * Computer literate with work processing software programs, Electronic Medication Administration Software, Pharmacy Software & Interfaces. * Extensive experience in pharmacy/long-term care management including such responsibilities as personnel/customer training, clinical program development & implementation, improvement pharmacy work-flow for day-to-day activities, new employee training and retention and coordinating Pharmacy-LTC-Physician & Health Maintenance Organization relationships. * Proven ability to effectively analyze health plan specific pharmacy utilization data and develop therapeutically efficacious and cost-effective drug strategies to generate a substantial savings per year for Medical Groups & Physicians with "Pharmacy Risk" managed care contracts. * Entrepreneurial start-up of pharmacy consulting company, PRxN Consulting, focusing on Pharmacy Law, Managed Care, Pharmacy Policy & Procedure Development, Pharmacy Work-Flow Improvement & Employee Retention and Financial and Long-Term Care Pharmacy audits.
