Description
COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern, My name is Miriam Jamero and I am currently a Licensed Vocational Nurse for over 5 years and with over 26 years as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician. Throughout my years of experience, I have learned priceless sets of dialysis skills from my work as a technician up to my work as a licensed vocational nurse doing nursing duties. I've integrated my many years of teaching experience as a Sunday School Teacher and my years of dialysis preceptorship into a new passion of Health Care Administration. I plan to use my set of technical skills, communication skills, and compassion into a new drive of management. From what I have learned with leadership through my church and workplace, I am ready to take such skills and test them through higher management in dialysis and patient care. Throughout the years, I've witnessed and experienced countless endeavors of patient care in dialysis-through compassion and putting patient care and satisfaction first and foremost. With years of experience and leadership, I believe I am an excellent candidate to manage facilities in Health Care Administration. My ability to teach, communicate, and enrich patient care would be an asset to your company. Though I am involved in teaching and preceptorship, I am also as receptive as a student. With hard work and dedication, I am open and willing to train and develop skill sets and competency, and ultimately contribute my years of dialysis experience into your company. Thank you for your consideration.
