I am a qualified Architect and Urbanist with 10 years post graduate experience. I am a very enthusiastic determined individual with extensive work experience within the Landscaping and Architecture Design sector. Having worked for bespoke owner/companies and had managed businesses I have been able to gain experience and responsibility on undertaking all business tasks & duties and have flourished in a very demanding business model. Nowadays I manage a team of designers for big clients both residential and commercial. I have extensive management experience providing dedicated strategic and operational support to Directors, performing a lead role in our projects. Attending weekly meetings with Architects Engeneers, Suppliers and internal meetings with design team, to set up budgets and divide tasks that design team needs to achieveweekly. I am also directly involved with selecting and training new designers to our team. I focus in manage our team and projects to achieve a detailed and innovated schemes and interior design solutions that exceed the needs of our clients, by creating solutions that fulfill the direct requirements of the projects. I ensure that our business runs smoothly and our clients receive an efficient and professional service.
