Recruiters Info: Ive been a Blue Collar Management sitting in an office for the last 8 years. Im a Hands On guy, id prefer to be managing Maintenance Departments & helping the Techs out when needed instead of living in an office. Ive built machines, robots, firearms, you name it ive designed & built it over the years. I started in Manufacturing at age of 15 been with same company now 21 years, im 36 years old and have a ton of experience to give in every singe aspect of manufacturing. I already told my employer im leaving, ive been given 4 Salary offers and turned them all down. This is not about money this is about doing what i have a passion for. Im in the center of IL i can drive to all corners of the state without relocating right away. If the facility is 3.5 hours away ill rent an apartment and drive home 2-3 days a week to see my family, after 6 months if everyone is happy then ill relocate my family. Anything out of state or more than 3 hours from 60957 will require a relocation package.
