Started lunch and learn to build a sense of unity and understanding for all the moving parts of the organization. One a month, a working lunch would occur. Responsibilities
National Account Manager
Track success of account, manage and solve conflicts with clients, making appropriate changes, to ensure client satisfaction.
· Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client - account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
· Lead webinars to accurately showcase the softwareâ??s new and existing capabilities, helping clients to fully utilize the software for the best results
· Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
· Train sales team on best practices and use of platform, track sales team production and commissions through account status reporting
