IN DETAILS As Dcs Console Operator with Reliance Industries Limited My primary responsibilities. * Looking after the operation of Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol panel. * Communication with field operators at regular interval of times in case of any abnormalities observed to run the Plant smoothly. * Continuous liasoning between field operators and senior management along with other service department on day-to-day basis. * Testing of various trips and alarm signals on weekly basis. * Continuous monitoring of plant to run the plant smoothly. * Communication and Co-ordination with maintenance department and laboratory. * To perform Mock Drill once in a year. We have different emergency response plans. * Always report any abnormality observed during my shift hours to seniors and top management * Maintaining level of the day tank as per standard operating procedure to avoid any unwanted incident. * Maintaining stock statement for receipt and transfer of the materials. Preparing End of the day report. * To handle different situation like Glycol system shutdown power failure instrument air failure Nitrogen header failure. * Training field operators at regular interval of times. * Looking after the field operation of ETHYLENE GLYCOL ETHYLENE OXIDE PLANT CATALYST PLANT EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT. * Taking normal round in field every two hours. Taking readings of various equipments such as pumps Tanks Colums and various critical equipments as per ISO requirement. * Collecting Samples of various chemicals and products as per routine schedule. Implementing and following ISO-9001 ISO-14000 and HSEF systems and procedures. * Filling formats / Checklist which are essential records to improve efficiency of the plant. * We are following DUPONT safety management systems along with process safety management (PSM)
