Most recently, as Operations Director of the Department of Hyperbaric Medicine/Flight and Operational Medicine I led the Department of Defense's largest clinical hyperbaric medical facility. My primary function was working in coordination with the Medical Director in recruiting, organizing, training and equipping multiple departments. I mentored and trained an additional 98 personnel across multiple organizations. I also had direct oversight of $12.5M system, $585K equipment and an operating budget of $1.5M.
