SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience and in depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, MSDS and NFPA, aseptic techniques, and batch processing * General knowledge of entry-level process technician in bioprocessing, pharmaceutical, and chemical manufacturing * Hands on experience in analytical/laboratory methods * Hands on experience with routine urine specimen collections * Experienced in blood drawing procedures to include venipuncture/capillary puncture techniques using standard equipment to include vacutainer tubes, sleeves, tourniquets, syringes and butterfly needles, and lancets * Prepare, process, label, and store patient specimens in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Completed 6 hours course level Biology, 2 hours course level Biology lab, and 6 hours course level Environmental Sciences curriculums * Effective leadership skills including, schedule preparation for staff members, conducting employee training and facilitating new hire orientation for clinical staff * Proficient in the area of financial reporting to include the preparation of reports, account reconciliation, and balancing cash accounts * Efficient office administrator skills that include customer service, billing analysis, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, medical chart preparation, and handling front office responsibility * Ability to multi - task, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledgeable technical skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems (XP and 7), ten-key, medical coding and clinical data entry.
