With over 9 years working in Research and Development, process development, and contract manufacturing, I feel my experience has prepared me to contribute to your already successful team. I’ve applied clinical accuracy to my pre-clinical projects, and my attention to detail presents itself in everything I do. When adapting client protocols to our own policy, I’ve ensured that existing mechanisms are not disrupted, and that we as a company are able to produce with the highest level of service. I’ve presented department updates to small groups and even spoke in front of our entire company with regularity, and though it makes me slightly uncomfortable it has also made me stretch myself and expand my skill set.
